Bu sözleşme, MolaApp mobil uygulamasının ve web hizmetlerinin kullanım koşullarını belirler. Uygulamayı yükleyip kullanmaya başladığınızda, bu şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
1. Hesap Oluşturma ve Kullanıcı Sorumluluğu
Kullanıcı, kayıt sırasında doğru, güncel ve eksiksiz bilgiler vermekle yükümlüdür. Hesabın güvenliğinden (şifre gizliliği, cihaz erişimi vb.) kullanıcı sorumludur. Paylaşılan tüm içeriklerin (fotoğraf, video, metin vb.) hukuki ve etik sorumluluğu tamamen kullanıcıya aittir.
2. Yaş Sınırı
MolaApp’i kullanmak ve hesap oluşturmak için en az 16 yaşında olmanız gerekmektedir. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu yaş şartını karşıladığınızı beyan etmiş olursunuz. 16 yaşından küçük bir kullanıcının hesap oluşturduğu tespit edilirse, bu hesap derhal kapatılabilir.
3. Yasaklı Davranışlar
MolaApp topluluk standartlarını korumak amacıyla aşağıdaki eylemler yasaktır:
• Hakaret, tehdit, nefret söylemi, taciz veya ayrımcı içerikler
• Spam, sahte hesap veya yanıltıcı/aldatıcı içerik paylaşımı
• Yasa dışı ürün veya hizmetlerin tanıtımı veya ticareti
• Dolandırıcılık, kimlik hırsızlığı veya veri manipulasyonu
• Başka kullanıcıların gizliliğini ihlal eden eylemler
• MolaApp altyapısına zarar verebilecek müdahaleler (ör. otomatik bot kullanımı, kötü amaçlı yazılım)
Bu kuralların ihlali halinde, MolaApp gerekli gördüğünde hesabı askıya alma veya kalıcı olarak kapatma hakkını saklı tutar.
4. İçerik Raporlama ve Kaldırma
Kullanıcılar, bu sözleşmeyi veya topluluk kurallarını ihlal ettiğini düşündükleri içerikleri uygulama içi raporlama özelliği ile bildirebilir. MolaApp tüm raporları inceler ve gerekli gördüğünde içeriği kaldırabilir veya hesapları askıya alabilir. Telif hakkı ile korunan içeriklerinizin izinsiz kullanıldığını düşünüyorsanız, lütfen support@molaindir.comm adresine başvurun. Başvurunuzda korunan eserin tanımı, uygulama içindeki konumu ve iletişim bilgileriniz yer almalıdır. Geçerli talepler yürürlükteki yasalar çerçevesinde değerlendirilir.
5. Pazar Yeri (Marketplace) Kullanımı
MolaApp, kullanıcıların kendi aralarında ürün veya hizmet alışverişi yapmasına imkân tanır. Ancak MolaApp bu süreçte aracı veya taraf değildir. Ürünlerin doğruluğu, teslimatı veya ödeme işlemleri tamamen kullanıcıların sorumluluğundadır. MolaApp, kullanıcılar arası anlaşmazlıklardan, kayıp veya zararlardan doğrudan sorumlu tutulamaz.
6. Sorumluluk Reddi ve Hizmet Sınırlamaları
MolaApp, hizmeti “olduğu gibi” (as is) sunar. Hizmet kesintileri, teknik arızalar veya veri kayıplarından dolayı doğrudan veya dolaylı zararlardan sorumluluk kabul edilmez. MolaApp, herhangi bir zamanda uygulamayı değiştirme, durdurma veya güncelleme hakkını saklı tutar.
7. Hesap Askıya Alma ve Fesih
Kullanım kurallarına aykırı davranış, dolandırıcılık, spam veya yasa ihlali tespit edilirse hesap geçici olarak askıya alınabilir veya kalıcı olarak silinebilir. Kullanıcı da dilediği zaman uygulama içi ayarlardan hesabını silebilir. Hesabın silinmesi halinde, hesaba bağlı verilerin geri getirilemeyeceğini kabul edersiniz.
8. Fikri Mülkiyet Hakları
MolaApp adı, logosu, tasarımı, yazılımı ve veritabanı MolaApp ve/veya ilişkili kuruluşlara aittir. İzinsiz kopyalama, çoğaltma, dağıtma veya değiştirme yasaktır. Kullanıcı, MolaApp’in ticari itibarına, markasına veya fikri mülkiyet haklarına zarar verebilecek faaliyetlerde bulunmamayı kabul eder.
9. Değişiklik ve Güncellemeler
Bu sözleşme, gerekli görüldüğünde güncellenebilir. Güncellenmiş sürümler MolaApp’in web sitesinde yayınlanır ve yürürlük tarihi belirtilir. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
10. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Yetkili Mahkeme
Bu sözleşme Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Taraflar arasındaki uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.

This Terms of Service agreement defines the conditions for using the MolaApp mobile application and web services. By downloading or using the application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. Account Creation and User Responsibility
Users must provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during registration. The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials (e.g., password, device access). Users are fully responsible — legally and ethically — for all content they share within the platform (photos, videos, text, etc.).
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use MolaApp. By using the application, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we become aware that a user under the age of 16 has created an account, we reserve the right to terminate that account immediately.
3. Prohibited Conduct
To maintain community standards and ensure a respectful environment, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
• Insults, threats, hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Spam, fake accounts, misleading or fraudulent content
• Advertising or trading illegal products or services
• Fraud, identity theft, or manipulation of data
• Actions that violate another user’s privacy
• Attempts to disrupt or harm the MolaApp platform (e.g., automated bots, malicious code)
Any violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination, as determined by MolaApp.
4. Content Reporting and Removal
Users can report content they believe violates these terms or community guidelines by using the in-app reporting feature. MolaApp reviews all reports and may remove content or suspend accounts at its discretion. If you believe your copyrighted material has been used without authorization, please contact us at support@molaindir.comm with the following information: a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the infringing content within the app, and your contact details. We will review and respond to valid requests in accordance with applicable laws.
5. Marketplace Use
MolaApp enables users to exchange products or services directly with each other. However, MolaApp acts solely as a neutral intermediary platform and is not a party to any transaction. The accuracy, delivery, and payment of items or services are the sole responsibility of the users involved. MolaApp cannot be held liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising between users.
6. Disclaimer and Service Limitations
MolaApp provides its services “as is”, without any warranties or guarantees of uninterrupted availability. The company is not responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from service interruptions, technical issues, or data loss. MolaApp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the application at any time, without prior notice.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
If MolaApp detects rule violations, fraudulent activity, spam, or any unlawful behavior, it may suspend or permanently delete the user’s account. Users may also delete their accounts at any time via the in-app settings. Deleted accounts may result in loss of all associated data, which cannot be restored.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
The MolaApp name, logo, design, software, and database are the exclusive property of MolaApp and/or its affiliates. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited. Users agree not to engage in activities that could harm MolaApp’s reputation, brand, or intellectual property.
9. Modifications and Updates
These terms may be updated from time to time as deemed necessary. Updated versions will be published on our website with the effective date clearly stated. Continued use of the application after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In the event of any dispute, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
